We thought it would be nice to celebrate Mikael's 1.3 years of life with a visit to the zoo. He seems to be interested in animals, and always calls out "dog" for any four legged creature on tv  .
So we figured it would be educational if he saw other types of animals live! Unfortunately, on our way to the Houston Zoo, it started to rain so we had to change our plans.
On the way, we passed the Houston Aquarium, and we thought that the rain would probably stop soon, so we parked and bought All Day Passes for the attractions there at the Aquarium.
However, with all the interesting fishes and even white tigers, Mika's interest was not piqued enough as he was sleepy. He probably enjoyed the ride home which was when his unlimited energy began to seep back. But all was not wasted, at least we got a lot of pics for Fotopages!
Next time, the ZOO!!!
